As Seen on TV! Dream Homes Revealed Season 3, Episode 3

Adrian Ramsay (00:06):

Now let’s embark on a journey into the next Marvel.

Rachel Collard (00:18):

Hi, Kevin.

Keivan Kanshlo (00:19):

Hi.

Rachel Collard (00:20):

So nice to meet you.

Keivan Kanshlo (00:21):

Nice to meet you. How are you?

Rachel Collard (00:22):

Good! Keivan, this house is absolutely spectacular and it’s quintessential of French Provincial.

Keivan Kanshlo (00:28):

These symmetrical columns are one of the main elements of French provincial homes.

Rachel Collard (00:33):

The landscaping is just complete as well, so everything is reflective of that French Provincial style.

Keivan Kanshlo (00:39):

Yes, we have actually been involved in the complete design of landscape.

Rachel Collard (00:43):

Keivan, if the outside is anything to go by, I cannot wait to see what’s happening inside.

Keivan Kanshlo (00:48):

Fantastic. Let’s go ahead.

Rachel Collard (00:49):

Amazing.

Amir Ametovski (00:52):

My name’s Amir Ametovski. I am one of the business partners of Edina Building Group, second generation builders. One of the things I like about the French provincial homes, is they feel more cozy than your typical modern industrial feel home. So definitely a house for a family. Very spacious, maybe two families.

Rachel Collard (01:14):

Oh my God, Keivan. This entryway is so amazing and magnificent. That home theater…

Keivan Kanshlo (01:22):

Designed in a way so that it’s the best audio experience the clients can have.

Rachel Collard (01:26):

Let’s talk about this beautiful void in this entranceway.

Keivan Kanshlo (01:29):

The idea was to have a welcoming sort of entrance, and you can see the generous space here and the care of the staircase with wrought iron… Classical, at the same time, a bit modern and contemporary.

Rachel Collard (01:41):

It’s true to the sense of French Provincial.

Keivan Kanshlo (01:43):

A hundred percent.

Rachel Collard (01:46):

Keivan, one of my favourite spaces in homes is kitchens, and I’m dying to see the kitchen that you’ve designed.

Keivan Kanshlo (01:52):

Fantastic. Let’s go have a look.

Rachel Collard (01:53):

Amazing. This is sensational.

Keivan Kanshlo (02:00):

Enjoy. We had planned to make sure the home has a sort of unity from kitchen to the other bedrooms and also wall paneling.

Rachel Collard (02:09):

It’s stacked with so much stuff in terms of the butler sink. I even love how you’ve brought out the cooktop section because that’s even very traditional of a French provincial home too. It feels quite spacious in here as well.

Keivan Kanshlo (02:21):

It’s very light, very bright, quite a generous space for the family.

Rachel Collard (02:25):

So beautiful. This has been one of my favourite spaces, but actually I can’t wait to see the master bedroom.

Keivan Kanshlo (02:32):

Fantastic. Let’s go upstairs.

Rachel Collard (02:33):

Amazing.

Keivan Kanshlo (02:44):

Rachel, welcome to the main bedroom.

Rachel Collard (02:46):

This is so huge. I love this space. That ensuite with that freestanding bar is something that anyone would die to just dive into.

Keivan Kanshlo (02:56):

The idea was to have a timeless design. We wanted to have that sense of comfort and elegance. At the same time, authentic design.

Rachel Collard (03:05):

Again, the detail that’s gone into every little part of this room.

Keivan Kanshlo (03:09):

Every single finishes and material has been selected carefully here, and, nothing overlooked. We have, three extra bedrooms here, and each bedroom has its own ensuite and quite generous in terms of space.

Rachel Collard (03:21):

Keivan, it’s been such a pleasure to walk through this home with you.

Keivan Kanshlo (03:24):

Thank you very much for your time and joining us today.

Rachel Collard (03:27):

Thanks for having me.

Keivan Kanshlo (03:27):

Thank you.

Rachel Collard (03:30):

This provincial home in the leafy suburbs of Glen Waverley is both palatial and timeless, making it the perfect home for modern day family living.

Amir Ametovski (03:39):

What makes this a dream home, I would say, is the character in the house, the homey feeling you get when you walk in, all the details, the colours, it’s very cozy.
